Rules and regulations

All parts and materials will be provided by the organizers at the beginning of the event. Participants are not allowed to use any external components, tools, or personal equipment during the competition.
▸
Teams are required to strictly follow the Arduino-based instruction manual provided to them. Any deviation from the given procedure may lead to faulty performance or penalties.
▸
Careless handling, misuse, or physical damage to any component will result in penalty, replacement cost, or direct disqualification, depending on the severity.
▸
To qualify for the final evaluation, the assembled car must be completely functional, including proper wiring, movement, and response as per the given instructions.
▸
Strict time limits will be followed for both assembly and testing rounds. Teams failing to complete their build within the allotted time may face point deductions or disqualification.
▸
The decision of the Judges and the OC regarding scoring, penalties, and final results will be final and binding in all circumstances.
